When will my order ship? 

Our current turnaround time is between 5-7 business days! Clothing may have a slightly longer turnaround time. If you need an item shipped by a certain date, please send us an email and we can try our best to work with you.

 NOTE: Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing! Some products may take up to 2 weeks to be shipped and will be stated in the product description. 

 

Why do some products take 2 weeks to be shipped? 

We carry limited stock in hand and will purchase more based on the amount of orders placed to ensure we do not overstock since we are a small company with small space for inventory. We use a local printer that takes about 1-2 weeks to make our clothing.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do offer worldwide shipping. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, your order can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if it hasn't been shipped yet. If you would like to cancel an order for any reason please email grimandglitter@gmail.com and we can take care of it for you.

 

Do you offer refunds or returns?

At the moment we are not offering refunds or returns. If you have an issue with a product please email grimandglitter@gmail.com and we can try our best to fix the problem!
